EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

§ Advanced degree in I/O psychology (Arbeitspsychologie) or a related field

§ At least eight years experience in an applied business setting

§ Significant experience successfully managing client relationships and delivering a variety of services

§ Experience in providing assessment related services, diagnostics and consulting on integrated solutions
